A Vice President at Globalfoundries has confirmed that the company nailed its first non-AMD client. We also cleared out that the client is not ATI, as its quite obvious that ATI will make its graphics chips in Globalfoundies.

The new client should be announced in the next 30 days and we will do our best to try to find out before this date. We know that Nvidia has showed some serious interest but we don't think Nvidia is the first to jump on board.

All people that were doing chips with IBM are potential suspects and the list has at least 10 names. We will have to wait and see who is the first one.
