Samsung has showed of what is the future of the memory world. DDR3 1GB modules are still very expensive but Samsung can do even 2GB in a single module at a very attractive 1333 speed.

If the chip runs natively at 1333 MHz it can be overclocked, so you can expect some 2GB modules soon, but we believe that this is late 2008 thing if even then.

DDR3 is still very expensive and you can imagine that 2GB modules won't be really cheap.
