Guys from iFixit managed to get their hands on iPhone 4 and as always, have made us all quite happy with their strange obsession to tear everything apart. The full teardown has more or less confirmed some previous rumours and have also shed some light on other interesting specs including the 1420mAh battery.

According to iFixit, after removing the two small screws on the bottom you can take off the rear panel which makes the battery replacement a breeze, but it will void the warranty. The specs start with the 512MB of RAM which was rumoured before, an ARM Cortex A8 1GHz CPU, chemically-strengthened Gorilla Glass, AGD1 3-axis gyroscope made by ST Micro and Broadcom's BBCM4750IUB8 and BCM4329FKUBG chips for GPS, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and FM radio.

The batery is kinda of a surprise as iPhone 4 packs a 1420mAh battery which is quite nice considering that Nexus One has a 1400mAh power pack, while the HTC Droid Incredible has to make the most out of 1300mAh.
