While adding an RGB feature with the new Trident Z RGB DDR4 memory series, G.Skill also promises to keep the high-end performance of its flagship Trident Z memory series, with 10-layer PCB and hand-picked IC chips with enhanced overclocking performance.
The RGB component will be able to display a rainbow of colors in a wave-style lighting effect, while further lighting effects and color customizations will be available when the software releases in February next year.
Although it has not provided full details regarding the new Trident Z RGB series, G.Skill did note that these will be available in various capacities and kit combinations as well as reach frequencies of DDR4-4266MHz.
As it was the case with earlier G.Skill Trident Z kits, the new RGB ones will also be rigorously tested for reliability and compatibility and covered with a limited lifetime warranty.
According to G.Skill, the new Trident Z RGB DDR4 memory series should be available worldwide as of mid-January 2017.
