Both are based on 1080p TN panels, but on the upside they offer refresh rates of up to 144Hz and a response time of 1ms. While many geeks are turning to IPS displays, TN panels are still quite popular due to high refresh rates and low response times.
Aside from the size, there are no big differences between the 24-inch G2460PF and the 27-inch G2770PF model. Both of them feature dual-link DVI, DisplayPort 1.2a and VGA inputs – no HDMI.
Of course, the price tag is different, too. The 24-incher is supposed to retail for about $350, while the bigger 27-inch unit should sell for about $450. It’s obvious the panels are meant for gamers on a budget (especially the 24-inch unit).
