Activision’s upcoming release of Blur next week (just like Split/Second) will feature different special bonus cars, depending on where you buy it. For example, Game Stop pre-order buyers will get the Multiplayer Advantage Booster Kit, which includes the Ford Bronco. However, they will not get the chromed-out BMW that you get if you buy it from Kmart or Sears.

A lot of people don’t think of Kmart or Sears when they shop for their video games, so we suspect that this cool looking chromed BMW is going to be a pretty exclusive car. We are not sure if it is better than the Multiplayer Advantage Booster Kit, but it might be worth considering.

We also have to wonder if Activision might not offer this car for sale as an add-on down the road, but we will have to wait and see. In the meantime, it is a cool ride that we suspect is going to be quite exclusive. If you want it, head to your local Sears or Kmart and pick up Blur when it is released.
