Empire Interactive announced that their new game, FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage, will be coming out later this year. Empire Interactive again promises some nice graphics and "one of the most advanced physics engines" in racing games.

This game series is quite famous for its approach – great physics, not having to drive strictly on the road, the ability to run into and destroy just about anything, and some serious challenge fun, so we're guessing that Empire Interactive is quite keen on following this recipee.

European release is expected on August 1st 2008, whereas the U.S. market will see it in Q1 2009.
