Infinity Ward released their new update for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The new patch is 10.5MB in size, and will upgrade your version to 1.5.

It should fix some internal server browser problems that were subject to many complaints. Apart from that, Mod Tools will run in different languages, too.
