Anti-computer game lawyer Jack Thompson is to try banning Halo 3 for being too violent.

According to Games Politics, Thompson wants to get a Florida court to declare Halo 3 a public nuisance.

He attempted a similar stunt last year against Take Three's Bully game and failed to get anywhere.

The law he is using is one which is designed to deal with gambling and prostitution.
