Gigabyte has been diligently working to deliver the latest techs
to the general public and at their booth we got a chance to see the new 890GX
based motherboard – the GA-890GPA-UD3H.
The company relied on NEC’s solution for USB 3.0
implementation and it will deliver speeds of up to 5Gbps. The board also features
SATA3, courtesy of AMD's SB850 southbridge, with speeds of up to 6Gbps and supports dual-channel DDR3 at 1866MHz+. Like all 890GX boards, it packs HD4290 graphics, but Gigabyte chose to add 128MB of DDR3 Sideport memory to the mix.
Despite USB 3.0 and SATA 3 support, great integrated graphics with Sideport memory, the GA-890GPA-UD3H still manages to stay on the affordable side, as it's currently listed at just over €110.
