Still packing an Intel Core i7-6820HK CPU, Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 graphics card and 32GB of DDR4-2666 memory, it appears that the only update for the new EVGA SC17 gaming notebook is the new AUO 17.3-inch 4K/UHD screen with G-Sync technology, which replaces the previous Sharp 17.3 4K/UHD IPS panel.
Bear in mind that the original EVGA SC17 notebook launched with GTX 980M graphics so there might be a few other updates coming as well, including fresh new Intel Kaby Lake CPUs.
The notebook still packs 256GB of M.2 NVMe SSD storage, backed by a 1TB SATA 6Gbps HDD, HDMI and two mini-DisplayPort outputs, FHD webcam, Synaptics Clickpad 1.5 touchpad, white backlit keyboard and more.
The new EVGA SC17 notebook, also listed as the EVGA SC17 1070 with NVIDIA G-SYNC, will be priced at US $2799.99 but it is currently selling at a discount of US $250, putting it at US $2549.99. The previous model, that comes without G-Sync, is also available with a rebate of US $400, putting it at US $2399.99, while the older GTX 980M model is priced at US $2299.99.
You can check them all out at EVGA's own webshop.
