At this year's CES in Las Vegas, Ubisoft announced that Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway and Far Cry 2 will, from now on, support Philips' amBX Technology.

amBX is an abbreviation for Ambient Experience, and it means multimedia support for your PC on an unprecedented level. Philips worked hard to construct a new approach to gaming, so now, besides the sound and the picture, you'll be able to feel (see) vibration, light effects as well as wind. You can choose between Starter, ProGamer and Premium kits. Currently only PC versions are listed, so console owners should stay put.




The Premium kit contains a vibra-pad and some fans, and we're definitely looking forward to testing Far Cry 2 with some wind in our face. Stay tuned.
