Interestingly, it seems the US is still in love with the Xbox. Retail research outfit InfoScout reports Redmond’s new console outsold the PS4 in Black Friday sales by a factor of two to one. However, in Europe the PS4 seems to be doing better.
MCV UK reports that 250,000 PS4 consoles were sold in the UK in the first 48 hours of sales, while Microsoft managed to shift 150,000 Xbones over the same period. This also makes the PS4 the best selling console of all time in what’s left of the British Empire.
