Unfortunately, the drive does not support Advanced Format technology which replaces traditional 512 byte hard drive sectors with 4 kilobyte hard drive sectors. Use of this technology ultimately results in better formatting efficiency and more free space available to the user and perfectly matches the 4KB size of Windows filesystem clusters.
