Nvidia is to launch the Pascal GPU next year as a successor of the Maxwell GPU and originally it had been suspected that it would be made in Samsung's fabs using its 14nm technology.

GTC 2015: Volta back in roadmap, due in 2018

Pascal is Nvidia’s next generation architecture and it is coming after Maxwell of course. The company says it will launch next year, but details are still sketchy.
