Workstations with up to 96 cores and 192 threads

AMD has officially announced the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7000 WX-Series processors and reintroduced the Threadripper processor lineup to the high-end desktop (HEDT) market with the new Ryzen Threadripper 700 series processors. AMD will offer three Threadripper 7000 series and six Threadripper Pro 7000 WX-series SKUs, reaching up to 64-cores/128-threads and up to 96-cores/192-threads, respectively.

Zen 3 comes to workstations

AMD has officially announced the new Threadripper Pro 5000 WX-series CPUs based on Zen 3 architecture, promising up to 2x better performance to power ratio compared to Intel's Xeon lineup.
