Ahead of the IFA show, Qualcomm's CEO, Cristiano Amon, has officially announced the introduction of the new 8-core Snapdragon X Plus SKUs, which should enable OEMs to offer Copilot+ to the mainstream market, launching PCs in the $700 to $900 range.

Coming alongside Snapdragon X Elite in mid-2024

As expected, Qualcomm shared a bit more details about its upcoming Snapdragon X Series platform and the Snapdragon X Plus SoC, a 10-core version based on Oryon CPU architecture. The Snapdragon X Plus is expected to come in OEM devices starting mid-2024, alongside Snapdragon X Elite-based devices.
