Bundled with new Core Ultra CPUs

While Intel did not have a lot to show at the CES 2025 event, mostly since most of the things were leaked earlier, but the new boxed CPU Laminar coolers that will be bundled with the Core Ultra 200 non-K series have now been spotted.

Intel has detailed both the Laminar RH2 and the Laminar RM2 coolers, where the RH2 will be bundled with the Core Ultra 9 285, at least for now, while the Laminar RM2 will be coming with Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 225, 225F, 235, 265 and 265F CPUs, and probably some Core Ultra 7 desktop chips, at least judging from Intel's own product page.

The bigger Laminar RH2 has a copper part with aluminum fins and a more flashy ARGB LED ring. It is 71mm tall, weighs 450g, and has 103x103mm dimensions. It is rated for up to 65W TDP and its fan spins between 1000 to 3000 rpm with 23dBA noise output at 1600 rpm. It has a more solid screw mounting system with, what appears to be a backplate as well.

The smaller RM2 also handles up to 65W TDP CPUs but only the base is made out of copper so it is lighter at 340g, with 47mm height and 100x100 mm dimensions. It has a smaller LED ring and uses a standard push-pin mounting system.
