The information, caught by Videocardz.com, comes from a reliable leaker Hoang Anh Phu over at Twitter, and considering that AMD is still keeping the price to itself, the latest leak and earlier early listing is pretty much all that we have to go on.

AMD could be using the lack of stock for the Zen 4-based Ryzen 7 7800X3D as the reason for launching at a higher price, as well as a leaked 3 to 5 percent gaming and multi-threaded performance boost.
The upcoming Ryzen 7 9800X3D is an 8-core/16-thread Zen 5 SKU, working at a 5.2Gz boost clock, 120W TDP, and featuring the 2nd Gen 3D V-Cache, at least according to the leaked slides.
The reviews should be live on November 6th with availability scheduled for November 7th. Of course, AMD could change the rumored $479 price at the last minute.
