AMD has previously was not keen to reveal an official date with mid-July being the closest that we had, most likely leaving it to OEMs to get their products ready for retail/e-tail shelves. Now, Asus is the first company to put a date for its Ryzen AI 300-equipped laptops.
As spotted by Videocardz.com, Asus' web stores in both the US and Europe, suggest that some of its first laptops, including the Asus Vivobook S14 OLED, will ship by July 15th. The list of Asus' laptops with Ryzen AI 300 Strix Point APUs also include the rest of the Vivobook lineup, Zenbook S16, ProArt models, as well as the ROG Zephyrus OLED and TUF Gaming models.
We expect other manufacturers to follow Asus, and hopefully, there will be plenty of models to choose from by the end of next month.
