So far, most DDR5 SO-DIMM kits were sticking to JEDEC frequency standards, but thankfully, G.Skill comes to the rescue with its new Ripjaws DDR5 SO-DIMM kits.
The G.Skill Ripjaws DDR5 SO-DIMM peaks at DDR5-5200 with CL 38-38-38-83 latencies, and comes as a single 16GB module or as a 32GB (16GBx2) kit.
The Ripjaws DDR5 SO-DIMM also comes as DDR5-4800, with CL 34-34-34-76 and CL 38-38-38-76 latencies as 16GB modules and 32GB kit, and CL 40-39-39-76 latency as 32GB module and 64GB kit (32GBx2).
According to G.Skill, these new kits will be available as of this month via G.Skill worldwide distribution partners. Unfortunately, the price is still unknown.
