Strangely, the listing only includes 8-core SKUs, each with two different SKUs, suggesting that these will be available in boxed (with cooler) and tray options. The same retailer also suggests that these SKUs should become available on February 28th, which lines up with AMD's Capsaicin event at the GDC 2017 show.
According to this listing and some earlier rumors, it appears that AMD will first launch its 8-core SKUs while 6-core and 4-core SKUs, possibly dubbed Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 3, could be coming at a later date.
Earlier this week, a leak coming from a retailer in Thailand also revealed an alleged box image of upcoming Ryzen CPUs. Another rumor, coming from Digiworthy.com site, claims that AMD is already sending out review samples and has given a green light for reviews to go live on February 28th as well.
Things are heating up with AMD Ryzen and hopefully, the new CPU lineup will launch with a bang, living up to the hype.
