Intel's Vice president and key mobile guy, Dadi David Perlmutter claimed in his keynote that 802.11n can do 300 Mbit/s and we have to say that we really doubt this number
The 802.11n standard is still in draft specification and it doesn't work anywhere close to 300Mbit/s and our industry sources from the network industry says that 802.11n is just slightly faster than 802.11g, but it offers more stable speeds.
802.11n will realistically get you 60 to 70 Mbit, but certainly not 300, it would be great if Intel can disprove our beliefs.
