Intel's CEO didn't want to comment if the Larrabee is a high end part but it implied that it is designed to run high end graphic applications.

I guess that this means that Intel will attack Nvidia and ATI but at this time the company want to keep it a secret.

Intel also didnt want to talk about any performance numbers but Ottelini clearly indicated that the point of having the Larabee is to be faster than IGP.

The only performance estimate that Ottelini mentioned is that Larabee will clearly be faster than the IGP.
