Intel's dual-core with integrated graphics will launch at incredibly low $87 but only if you buy it as Pentium G6950 version. This version has two cores and hyperthreading is disabled, but with its 2.8 GHz core clock it should be quite fast.
It has 3MB cache and fits in the new LGA1156 socket and it will
end up only three dollars more expensive than Pentium E6500 clocked at 2.93GHz
with two cores and 2MB cache but support for socket 775.
Remember Pentium G6950 will have the IGP integrated, but it
will also need a new motherboard, probably the one with the H57 chipset.
