We were closely following this CPU, which promises some great bang for buck, and we found it listed for only $69 / €63.31. Since AMD's Black Edition CPUs come with unlocked multiplier, this CPU will surely strike many a budget overclocker's chord.

This is a 65nm Kuma based dual core running at 2.8GHz, with 2x512KB L2 cache, 2MB of L3 cache and a TDP of 95W. This CPU is the last 65nm dual-core K10, and should be succeeded by AMD’s K10.5-based 45nm sometime this summer.
