Athlon X2 7850 Black edition is an unlocked, Kuma 65nm based dual core that works at 2.8GHz and probably can easily overclock to over 3GHz. It has TDP of 95W, 2x512KB L2 cache and 2MB L3 cache.

We found it listed here and as you can see the cheapest one will cost €71.79, which sounds like a great price for a decent CPU. This is the last 65nm dual-core K10 to launch as later in this summer, AMD should launch its K10.5 based dual-core 45nm replacement that will finally be able to get over 3GHz.
