Along with
the new 45nm Phenom II's, AMD is about to launch another 65nm Kuma dual-core, branded Athlon X2 7750 Black Edition.

So far, only a single Kuma CPU was available, the Athlon X2 6500 Black Edition at 2.3GHz, but the new part promises superior performance thanks to its 2.7GHz clock. The new CPU has a TDP of 95W, 2x512KB L2 cache, 2MB of L3 cache and an unlocked multiplier.

The price and availability dates are still unknown, but the aforementioned Athlon X2 6500 currently retails for just under €100 in Europe.
