Intel is changing its high end leaders. The old 65 nanometre CPUs will be replaced with the new 45 nanometre ones. Intel announced that in Q4 they will send the Product discontinuation notice.

Yorkfield quad core and Wolfdale dual core are talking over this show and they are supposed to resurface in Q1 2008.

QX6850 and QX6800 will stay to at least Q1 to wait for their 45 nanometre brothers.
