Coming in four Titanium color options, Black, Silverblue, Gray, and Whitesilver, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra measures at 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 218g. This makes it both slightly narrower and 0.4mm thinner compared to the predecessor, and also slightly lighter as well. Samsung decided to keep the same 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED 2X screen with 2600nits of peak brightness, 120Hz, and 3120x1440 resolution.

Unlike the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the new Galaxy S25 Ultra has rounded edges, which puts it in line with the rest of the Galaxy S25 lineup, and it still uses a titanium frame as well as gets the new Corning Gorilla Armor 2. According to Corning, the Gorilla Armor 2 survived drops from up to 2.2m onto "a surface replicating concrete", and it has further anti-reflective properties.

Another big update is the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC for Galaxy, which has a 37 percent faster CPU, 30 percent higher GPU performance, and 40 percent higher NPU performance, compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Samsung also updated the rear camera system, which now includes a new 50MP f/1.9 ultrawide camera, in addition to the main 200MP f/1.7 one, 50MP f/3.4 telephoto with 5x zoom, and 10MP f/2.4 with 3x zoom. The front camera is still a 12MP f/2.2 one.

Of course, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra got all the software updates, mostly on the AI front, including Gemini, which can now be launched by holding the power button, as well as Circle to Search, Multimodal AI agents, Personal Data Engine, Now Brief, and more.

Samsung also kept the same 5,000mAh battery, with 45W wired and 25W wireless charging. The connectivity includes 5G with mmWave in some regions, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.

As said, the Galaxy S25 Ultra comes in Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Gray color options, and Jetblack, Jadegreen, and Pink Gold, which might be available only from Samsung. You get 12GB of RAM and either 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage, starting at $1,299/€1,449/£1,249.
