The development process for these chips are 40nm as well as 32nm most probably both from TSMC as Globalfoundries might not be ready for production of these chips in 2010.

ARM pushes for its mali 400MP graphics processors but we are sure Nvidia will use its own Geforce graphics for its Tegra 2 core. You can expect HD video capability as well as OpenGL ES 2.0 graphics support. The screen of choice is WVGA AMOLED screen and this device should come with HDMI out.

Consumer demand focuses on content driven features, such as internet, games, music, books and video. The device trends are Flash 10 for internet content, OEM/Operator Store front, Web 2.0 app support.

All this comes in 2010, at least with some phones.
