Today, LG announced a limited edition phone called LG Iron Man. It’s a phone modeled after LG’s Shine model, except this time it’s decorated with 18 carat gold.



Working with Paramount Pictures, LG built this phone as a part of promo campaign for upcoming Marvel Studios movie, Iron Man. The movie premiere is on May 2nd, 2008. Limited edition means that phone will not be sold in stores.

LG will also launch a Webpage http://www.inthesuit.com that’ll offer exclusive movie footage as well as some behind the scenes features. Those who visit this site, launching on 15th of April 2008, will have a chance to win one of LG Iron Man phones. This might be the only chance to get this great 18 carat phone that’s worth US$2,000.
