A Califiornia man has sued Apple over creating an unlawful iPhone monopoly, and releasing an update that turns iPhones into worthless piece of junk.

The main reason for monopoly lawsuit is that US iPhone users are limited to using US telecom giant AT&T. The customers, many of them, that used hacks apparently did it in order to connect to other service providers.

The lawsuit states that Apple is forcing iPhone orders into using AT&T, and them only, which constitutes a trading and commerce monopoly throughout the states.
