People who phone Sprint's customer support centre too
often might find themselves with out a service.
According to the Consumerist if you persistently insist that Sprint fix their numerous
errors you will be dropped as a customer.
The magazine shows letters from Sprint which indicates if
people ring up their customer support team too often over billing or other
general account problems, they will just drop them.
One user admitted he called them a lot over the past year,
but those calls were to have them fix their errors. Otherwise he had been a
perfect customer.
Consumerist notes that there have been a few Sprint
customers who have suffered from this problem. It is clear that Sprint thinks it
is cheaper to dump the customer than it is to fix the problem.
