The  16GB RGB DDR4 Trident Z module will be a part of a wide range of kits but the most interesting ones are the DDR4-3466 CL16-18-18-38 kit in 16GBx4 and DDR4-3333 CL16-18-18-38 in 16GBx8 configuration.

The same 16GB module will also be used for DDR4-3866 CL18-18-18-38 kit in 16GBx2 configuration as well as plenty of others, including DDR4-3600 CL17-19-19-39 kits available in 16GBx4 (64GB) and 16GBx2 (32GB) configurations.

The module will use the same recognizable Trident Z heatspreader with RGB lighting that now has full lighting control software support on Intel's X99 platform.

G.Skill has already tested the DDR4-3866 MHz CL18-18-18-38 32 GB (16 GB x2) Trident Z RGB memory kit on the Asus ROG Maximus IX Apex motherboard, based on Intel's Z270 chipset, and Intel Core i5-7600K CPU.

Unfortunately, G.Skill did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date but we expect kits based on the new 16GB Trident Z RGB module on retail/e-tail shelves soon.
