OCZ shows its new RevoDrive at IDF 2010
IDF 2010: Maximum write at 730 MB/s
During the IDF 2010, guys from HotHardware managed to get a first look at OCZ's RevoDrive X2 that is based on four Sandforce controllers and Intel NAND flash memory.
This PCI-Express based SSD is basically a 4-way RAID configuration running with Intel NAND flash chips and speeds that peak at 730MB/S for write and 740MB/s for read with a 4K random write set at 120,000IOPS. The Sandforce test system at IDF had a running IOMeter test with 107124.50IOPS which is always nice to see.
