Nanya has its Elixir branded memory for notebooks and at CeBIT it showcased the DDR3 version. The new memory will be the key part of Centrino 2 platform codenamed Montevina, and Nanya has already demonstrated that it has DDR3-1066 in SODIMM format.
Best of all, Nanya can produce 2GB DDR3 SODIMM modules with 7-7-7 latencies and a rather modest 1.5V.
You should be able to buy a notebook powered by this memory after Computex (after June), and this is how it looks.
