We are pleasantly surprised to report that Nvidia managed to get some 8800 GT cards to Newegg, and as of press time U.S. purchasers can order two overclocked XFX cards: one for US$290 and a second for US$310. They are very expensive but at least they are available.

The US$260 cards are still out of the stock but it looks like more manufacturers will have them available on about the 4th or 5th of November.
