Geforce 8800GT is a card with no real drivers for it, or rather, it is a card with numerous drivers. Among several drivers that were circulating around the Internet at the time of lauch, Nvidia's site offered ForceWare 169.02, which is also a WHQL candidate.

There would be no complaints if everything had gone well, but there were simply too many problems that aggravated customers. Tests crashing, games not working the way they should – all of these are just some problems that Geforce 8800GT buyers encountered.
