The RV670 will work between 750MHz and 825MHz and there might eventually be even a slower version of the core for some custom slower cards.

The top speed of the chip is 825MHz and you will probably be able to overclock it even more, but DAAMIT wants to stay on the safe side.

The clock speeds can change for the shipping date, but at least this is what you can expect.
