Taiwanese graphics board maker Leadtek has launched a brand new entry-level graphics card. The WinFast PX8400 GS TDH can handle H.264 hardware decoding and isbased on new 80nm technology.

The chips are Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS units with 256MB of video memory, DDR2 and a GPU/Memory clock with a memory setting of 450/800 MHz. It supports DirectX 10 with full Shader Model 4.0 support.
