AMD’s VP really had a nice presentation. The VP of marketing said a few things a about bitter (better) by design AMD marketing strategy.

The chap said that AMD wants to get its OEM’s and system integrators to think about better by design. This is a platform where you need to buy AMD processor a chipset and graphics. But the AMD VP said that partners wont have to buy ATI’s graphic only as AMD better by design will accept and certificate Nvidia’s cards as well.

So AMD still wants to be in bed with Nvidia and will make its own business suffer as DAAMIT now loves and supports Nvidia in its partners.
