New Nvidia App Beta out as well with new features

Nvidia has released its newest Geforce 565.90 WHQL Game Ready driver which brings day-one optimizations and DLSS for new games as well as supports the latest Nvidia App Beta update, with several new features.

According to the release notes, the newest Geforce 565.90 WHQL Game Ready driver update adds optimizations and DLSS 3 support for new games including THRONE AND LIBERTY, MechWarrior 5: Clans, and Starship Troopers: Extermination. In addition, it also adds support for CUDA 12.7, and fixes several issues seen with previous driver release. The new driver update also supports the latest Nvidia App Beta update, bringing several new features.

The driver update fixes gaming bugs seen in Final Fantasy XV and Dying Light 2 Stay Human games, as well as some general bugs, which include corruption with Steamlink streaming when MSAA is enabled globally, and monitor backlight panel flicker when FPS drops below 60 FPS.

New Nvidia App Beta update adds G-SYNC controls, RTX HDR multi-monitor support and more

Nvidia also updated its Nvidia App, described as the "essential companion for gamers and creators with NVIDIA GPUs in their PCs and laptops". Released back in February, the Nvidia App now gains G-SYNC controls, as well as a much-needed RTX HDR multi-monitor support. In addition, it also adds a couple of new additions that come as a result of user feedback, including the Heads Up Display, which shows system statistics, frame rates, and latency information. It also adds Optimal Settings in the Graphics tab, and an option to hide or remove games and apps from the list. It also adds a notification when Digital Rights Management (DRM) content prevents ShadowPlay video recording.
