Nvidia RTX 4060 AD107-400 GPU smiles for camera

The smallest GPU at 146mm² GPU

Nvidia is not always keen to unveil the GPU behind its graphics cards, and while earlier rumors pointed to an AD107-400 for the RTX 4060 (non-Ti), the latest leak confirms it and shows the small GPU in full detail.

At 146mm², the AD107 is the smallest Ada Lovelace GPU so far. The "400" usually means it is a fully-enabled GPU, which should be true considering that the RTX 4060 packs 3072 CUDA cores. This also means we could see the RTX 4050 (Ti) in the future with a cut-down version of the AD107 GPU. Bear in mind that the same AD107 GPU was used on Geforce RTX 40 Laptop graphics cards.

The GPU was leaked by MEGAsizeGPU over at Twitter, and caught by Videocardz.com.

The Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 is scheduled to launch in July at $299 and should pack 3072 CUDA cores and 8GB of 17Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface.
