This is a cut-down version of the AD106 GPU, with 32 SMs enabled, leaving it with 4,352 CUDA cores, 128 TMUs, 48 ROPs, 128 Tensor cores, and 32 RT cores. The RTX 4060 Ti is expected to come with 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface. The TDP should be set at 160W.
The report from Videocardz.com also suggests that the RTX 4060 Ti will be limited to PCIe Gen 4 x8.
The Geforce RTX 4060 should end up with an AD107-400 GPU, and 3,072 CUDA cores.
Both the RTX 4060 Ti and the RTX 4060 are expected to launch in May, although Nvidia could easily change these dates.
