According to the release notes, the Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.3.1 should bring up to four percent performance improvement in Devil May Cry 5 on Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics cards. Although not specifically detailed, it will probably bring some minor performance improvements on other GPUs as well.

In addition to DMC 5 optimizations, the latest driver also fixes some bugs, including one seen in Radeon WattMan on Radeon VII graphics card where settings changes may not apply intermittently, issues with mouse lag or system slowdown when  two or more displays connected and one display switched off, issues with black screen when Acer GK251Q  is connected via DisplayPort at 240Hz, and problems with video playback becoming green or experiencing corruption when content is dragged to an HDR-enabled display.

The Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.3.1 supports all graphics cards since Radeon HD 7900/HD 7700 Series, as well as selected AMD APUs. It is available for 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 7 and you can find download links as well as full release notes over at AMD's support site.
