MSI unveiled its newest GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Trio graphics card series, which will feature a custom PCB and a whole new triple fan cooling "solution".

Available in the GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Trio and the GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X Trio versions, the new cards will feature a custom PCB with RGB strip as well as Military Class components, including Hi-C CAP cores, SFC, and Solid CAPs.

The series also features the improved Tri-Frozr cooler design with two 8mm heatpipes, two 10cm and one 9cm TORX 2.0 fans, which apparently combine the advantages of both the traditional and dispersion fan blade.

There are three LED zones on the new GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Trio series, including the shroud and the backplate, all which can be individually controlled via MSI's Mystic Light software.

While the standard GTX 1080 Ti works at 1480MHz base and 1582MHz GPU Boost clocks, the new MSI GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Trio has been factory overclocked to the 1506MHz base and 1620MHz GPU Boost clocks. The MSI GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X Trio pushes it even further to the 1569MHz base and 1683MHz GPU Boost clocks (in OC Mode). Both graphics cards come with standard 11GB of GDDR5X memory clocked at 11016MHz on a 352-bit memory interface.

According to MSI, both versions should be available in November. Unfortunately, MSI did not reveal any details regarding the price.
