According to the release notes, the new Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.9.3 brings both optimizations as well as Radeon Chill and mGPU support for Total War: Warhammer II game and Forza Motorsport 7 games.
It also fixes some of the earlier spotted problems including the lack of Enhanced Sync option in Radeon Settings on Radeon RX Vega series graphics cards, issue with idle clocks on the secondary Radeon RX Vega series graphics card in mGPU configuration, which could explain some performance issues AMD RX Vega had in mGPU, as well as a negative scaling bug in the F1 2017 game on Radeon RX 580 series running in mGPU configurations.
You can find the new Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.9.3 drivers over at AMD's driver support page and download them for Windows 10 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
