Asus is one of the rare AIB partners that has announced a custom Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics card and while some samples will be sent out to reviewers, it won't be coming to retail before mid-October, at least according to a fresh report from Hardware.fr. The same report suggest that Radeon RX Vega 56 could come at an even later date.

Add-in-board (AIB) partners generally need eight to ten weeks from chip order to get a custom version to the market, and with the obvious supply/demand issues that Radeon RX Vega has been facing from the start, it's no suprise that custom versions are delayed.

We expected custom RX Vega 64 cards to launch together with reference RX Vega 56. Currently, Asus is the only partner that has announced Strix version of both the RX Vega 64 and the Vega 56 and we heard that Sapphire's Nitro version could be coming sometime next month, so if you are planing to buy a custom RX Vega graphics card, you will have to wait a bit longer.
