While it did not provide any specific details about the new EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 graphics card, judging by the fact it comes with the new iCX triple-fan cooler, we can expect a hefty factory overclock.
The iCX Technology, which EVGA detailed earlier and described as "interactive cooling", comes with plenty of features and improvements that promise impressive things.
In case you missed it, EVGA iCX Technology coolers come with a total of nine thermal sensors and multiple MCUs, new optimized airflow fin, baseplate and backplate designs, asynchronous fan control, new thermal LED Display System on top of the card as well as full control with EVGA Precision software and interaction with other compatible system devices.
Judging from what we can see from the picture, the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 graphics card will be the first one with iCX Technology combined with triple-fan design. It will draw power from a pair of 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors.
In case you somehow missed it earlier, the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card is based on a GP102 Pascal GPU, the same one that was used on the Nvidia Titan X graphics card and comes with 3584 CUDA cores, 224 TMUS and 88 ROPs, and 11GB of GDDR5X 11Gbps memory on a 352-bit memory interface.
Unfortunately, EVGA did not reveal any more details but hopefully, we will be able to dig them out or hear more about it soon.
